| | Research interests focus on applied tissue engineering and materials research. Investigations emphasize musculoskeletal applications of bone defect restoration, functional repair of cartilage, ligaments and tendons, and cellular interactions with modified tissue. We also investigate engineered scaffolds and local delivery of biological agents with resorptive scaffolds. One of the goals of our research is to enhance available orthopedic implant materials. |
