| | Our research involves different computer vision-related areas such as digital/optical/multimedia signal and image processing, biologically inspired intelligent systems, automatic target recognition and optical pattern recognition, optical computing and interconnects, medical information processing, and embedded hardware/software design. Research projects include Automatic Target Detection and Tracking (ATD&T), computational modeling of attention-driven visual recognition, stochastic modeling of abnormal tissue identification in brain MR images, and video image segmentation, tracking and modeling. |
