Human Movement Sciences

Several state-of-the-art laboratories provide an array of technologies to enhance our understanding of various measures of performance, health, and training. Researchers are investigating the development of muscle-mechanical strength, along with responses and adaptations of the human body to various inputs. One goal is to apply this knowledge to health-related fitness, elite performance, or task-specific performance. Laboratories also provide a place for students to observe and assist in research projects.
